We keep a transparent culture where everyone's voice is heard. Continuous improvement comes from mutual feedback, a shared vision, and strong alignment. Ideation matters, but only with follow-through. We value dependability and commitment. We reward performance on merit, celebrate our wins, and learn from mistakes. Everyone at PIP takes opportunities to challenge themselves.

We are located in New York, NY with trading partners all over the world. Our central headquarter in Manhattan gives us a metropolitan base with global reach, so we can support our trading partners and investors across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Power Innovation Partners is always seeking entrepreneurial, curious, and ambitious people who are driven by collaboration and lifelong learning. Join us in generating uncorrelated returns and carrying our mission forward: to be the first call for power traders worldwide.
